1999 Builders Automation Machinery 995 Door Machine, 1275 Assembly Machine and 2001 Door Loader available for immediate sale. The 995 machines the door, hinge jamb and strike jamb for doors up to 6'-8" in height. This 955 includes pre-drills and Hinge Applicators. The 1275 completes the prehanging of the door and jamb by stapling the hinge and strike jambs to the header. The 1275 does not include staple guns for automated assembly. The 2001 Door Loader automatically feeds doors into the 995 Machining Center. This system also includes 40’ of roller tables used after the assembly machine. Installation and training available.
